I usually *never* take anything other than a "horsey" vacation---ie, horse shows, farm visits, and such as that...
However, THANKFULLY, my sister actually managed to drag me away from the farm twice in 2001 and introduced to the piece of Heaven here on Earth which is Portsmouth Island, North Carolina...now, if only I could get the HORSES out to Portsmouth Island with me it would TRULY be Heaven on Earth---can't you just envision galloping across this deserted beach astride one of my Black Stallions?!~sigh~
